I like Adele's Right as Rain, but can not totally understand the lyrics

I just like the music, I can understand the some lyrics seperately. But when they were put together, I don't get the whole story, if it is a story. Can anyone help me?

Warning! There are many questions below...=_=!!

who wants to be right as rain
it's better when something is wrong (Why she said that?)
you get excitement in your bones
and everything you do's a game
when night comes and your all on your own
you can say i chose to be alone(What does "you can say" mean?)

who wants to be right as rain
it's harder when your on top
cause when hard work don't pay off (hard work?)
and i'm tired there aint no room in my bed
as far as i'm concerned (totally cannot understand this sentence)
so wipe that dirty smile off (dirty smile? =fake smile?)
we won't be making up
i've cried my heart out
and now i've had enough of love (What does she mean? Please don't love me anymore?)

who wants to be riding high (What does "riding high" mean?)
when you'll just crumble back on down (crumble back on down?)
you give up everything you are (is this "you" the singer herself?)
and even then you don't get far
they make believe that everything (Who does "they" refer to?)
is exactly what it seems
but at least when your at your worst
you know how to feel things

OK florence - I will try to help but remember the point of songs often is that each person will have their own interpretation!

1 - Right as Rain - this is an english saying that means everything is normal - don't worry, whatever is happening this is the way it should be. But Adele is using this to suggest that things may not always be as they look
2 - And that is why when something is wrong at least you will know the true situation - and can deal with it.
3 - You can say is third person singular and means "it is true" or "I believe"
4 - The hard work of keeping a relationship going
5 - You are right this is a tricky sentence but I think she means that sometimes the work into a relationship is one sided and you feel upset that only you are giving. And even in bed the other person is taking up all the room and it is unfair
6 - fake smile is fine or smile that is hiding things behind it
7 - As you say "don't love me anymore" but also "I have had enough of love that seems right as rain (or that everything is fine) but in fact it is fake and I am not being loved
8 - Riding high - happy and in love
9 - Who wants to be made to feel happy/in love until you find out the truth and then you lose all hope/hapiness
10 - Yes You is the singer - or the person this is happening to
11 - They is the other person - who are not being truthful with you

There it is - I hope Adele will forgive us for mashing up her song. And I hope you still enjoy it :)
