Laba diena, aš visai nesuprantu, koks skirtumas tarp "užlipti į aukštą" ir "nulipti į aukštą".

"užlipti į aukštą" means that you go from lower floor to upper floor
and "nulipti į aukštą" means that you go from upper floor to lower
and "nulipti į aukštą" means that you go from upper floor to lower
