Resolved questions
I thought 또 and 다시 both meant "again" so why is 또 다시 sometimes said one after the other?
I could be completely wrong, but I thought they both meant the same thing. Because of this I sometimes second-guess myself when I hear "또 다시" one after the other. Does it change the meaning this way?
