how do i say i miss you in Italian

How do i say i miss you in italian language,i actually heard 2 sentences (( mi manchi,,,,,Sento la tua mancanza )) which one often used???

I think that is more used "mi manchi", even if "sento la tua mancanza" is also correct.

I just can't tell. I never miss anybody.
