Lingo. You have the ability to use language about a specific topic. In this case, there speaker can do this to a high degree and spin such complex sentences that both parties believe they are getting what they want. They may be- they may not. But the speaker will make them see that the deal is positive, where as another speaker may not be able to highlight the positive points of a deal in a way that everyone is satisfied.
