It means "잘(어떻게) 지내?" in general. but can be "안녕하세요"

You can say that "안녕하세요?"
(An nyong ha se yo?)

It's "어떻게 지냈어요?

You can say "안녕하세요?" or "잘 지내세요?" or even possibly "어떻게 되세요?"
(Are you at peace?) (Are you well?) (How have you become?)
