Resolved questions
"it could be taken out (in/at/on) the shoulder a little?" Which one is correct?

SCRIPT
Gabrielle: "How's the dress fitting?"
Helen: "Great. Maybe it could be taken out at the shoulder a little?"

QUESTION
I read two scripts of it and they say differently.
One says "it could be taken out 'in' the shoulder a little?"
The other says "it could be taken out 'at' the shoulder a little?"
And I think "it could be taken out 'on' the shoulder a little?"

Which one is perfect answer? and are these interchangeable?

"it could be taken out 'at' the shoulder a little?" - This is correct.

You could point with your finger to the place on the garment where it is too tight, and say..."at this place where you see my finger, it could be taken out AT the shoulder a little, right here at this point.

If you say "it could be taken IN at the shoulder a little", that means the garment is too big, and it needs to be made smaller. "Take it in at the shoulder".

...taken out at the shoulder...is correct.

"in the shoulder" is not wrong though.

"on the shoulder" is totally wrong.
