How to understan "more of" in the sentence?
Rachel : Okay, okay, could we change the subject, please?
Phoebe : Yeah, 'cause hello, these are not her boobies, these are her breasts.
Rachel : Okay, Pheebs, I was hoping for more of a change.
I found an explaination in webster, http://www.learnersdictionary.com/search/more%20of
I can't make sure it is right.

more of a change= more change, better change, complete change, further change.
Rachel said, she was expecting a bigger change, instead of changing from boobs to breasts, which are synonyms, a complete change.

I think it means that Rachel wanted Phoebe to change the whole subject but as you know, That's Phoebe.
