What do you mean? You mean, you read them very slowly, with a lot of thinking?
that's normal. you have to get used to them, meorize them completly. that takes it's time. In the first weeks, months (depending on how often you read) you'll have a long look at the word and put it in your head together. also because some of them look very similar, so you'll look first for the small difference, to see if it's "t" or "ch" for example. The only thing I can recommend you: Exercise, every day. Till they stuck in your head! :)
