I have followed advice and printed out the Korean alphabet. Now what?

I watch dramas and have listened to a cd but I have only learned isolated words and can't communicate really. I want to start from "scratch".

For learning: Korean
Base language: English

Starting from scratch is a great idea!
Here's an idea of how to do things:
    First, learn the basic alphabet, starting with the 10 basic vowels:ᅡ ᅣ ᅥ ᅧ ᅩ ᅭ ᅮ ᅲ ᅳ ᅵ
Next, after you are fairly confident with those, learn the consonants. To find proper pronunciation for everything, YouTube! Professor Oh is good.
Then, practice a lot of reading (Drama subtitles, don't worry about much comprehension, though; Song lyrics; Books; etc)
And don't worry about learning too many words, focus from the basics!
As you learn, your reading skills will be put into action!
Lastly, keep learning and finish off learning the alphabet!(:
