"Jabang bayi!" is an exclamation of great surprise. Literally, newborn baby.
"Opo sing loro?" is actually "Apa sing lara?". Since the letter 'a' pronounced as 'a' in "ball" which is very similiar (but different) with when you pronounce the 'o' letter some people just write with the 'a' replaced with 'o'.
"Apa sing lara?" means "Which is hurt?"
"Wis dipangan tombone?" means "Have you eat the medicine?"
