The letter ח is pronounced like خ and ע is just a normal a or i, depending on the vowel. In the old, original hebrew there were pronounced like the arabic letters, but in nowadays modern hebrew not anymore.Same as ק which originally was pronounced like arabic ق but now it's just a normal "k" sound.
כּ is just "k" , without the point it is also like the arabic خ.
