where could I practice my oral English?

I am willing to practice my oral English. Anyone know some place online such as a chat room that it allows us to use mic to chat with each other. Or someone would like to know China and the Chinese culture through chatting with me?

    Using skype will allow you to practice with voice =)

    Hi, you can voice-chat using the italki chat feature, it is currently a beta version, but you can also arrange with a language to partner to talk via skype, GoogleTalk or any other VOIP

    find your language partner in italki then ask for their skype... you can chat via skype
