"Kung ikaw ANG tatanugin, SAsama KA ba sa mahal na mahal mo kahit maiwan ang 2 JOWA, o SAsama ko na lang sa taong mahal na mahal ka?"
I just assumed "jota" as "jowa" (i.e. slang for girl/boy friend) due to relevancy to the entire thought.
translation:
"If you are to be asked, will you go for the one you really love despite leaving your other 2 lovers, or you will rather go for the one who really loves you?"
other version:
"If you are to be asked, will you leave your 2 lovers for the one you really love, or you will rather go for the one who really loves you?"
