1-which of them is correct ?I am please with the result /I am please for the result

2- please give example with "with" and "for" if they are different

    I think you need to say :

    I am pleasED with the result cos you put "am" before please so u need an adjective. ( =i am happy about what we get/the outcome).
    like:
    - He was really pleased to help people.
    - He could do many things if he pleased.

    So, as a whole "please" as a verb means :

    1- Give pleasure to or be pleasing to
    "a pleasing sensation"; "These colours please the senses";

    2- Be the will of or have the will (to)
    "he could do many things if he pleased"

    3- Give satisfaction
    "The waiters did anything to please her "
