To improve your emotional intelligence, you should be aware of how tomanage your many emotions, including worry and anxiety. Worry andanxiety represent two different approaches to troubling thoughts orsituations. However, while worry can have positive effects, anxiety canhave negative effects. Worrying can assist you in reflecting upon anddeveloping positive solutions to problems. On the other hand, chronicworry creates a cycle of anxiety and unproductive obsessive thoughts.Additional details about worry and anxiety, and some tips for dealingwith these emotions, are provided below.
    Worry
When a troublesome thought triggers the emotional brain, worry kicksin. Initially, this generates constructive reflection, enabling you toevaluate the problem and assess solutions in a risk-free manner.Worry can serve a number of other useful purposes, including thefollowing:

When you're threatened, worry enables you to assess youroptions, rehearse methods for dealing with them, and reflectupon desired outcomes.

    Worry enables you to
    catastrophize
—that is, to imagine theworst-case scenario. When you catastrophize, you imagine aseries of terrible thoughts without a visual component. Becausecatastrophizing is expressed only as thoughts, not images, itdoes not leave a lasting impression.

Worry can suppress the physiological effects of anxiety. Whenyou're worrying, your mind is occupied with a number of thoughts; meanwhile, anxious sensations are lessened becausethe mind is distracted from the original triggering thought.
    Anxiety
While worrying can have some positive effects, anxiety is a strictlynegative experience. Anxiety focuses attention solely on the issue athand and moves the mind to obsessing. This leads to an endless cycleof inflexibility and unrealistic perceptions, and limits an individual'sability to develop creative solutions. Anxiety causes physiologicalreactions such as sweating, a racing heart, and muscle tension. Itcauses an individual to ruminate on dangers of all kinds—even thingsthat have no chance of happening. Anxious people see trouble at everycorner. In extreme cases, some people can even become addicted toanxiety
Don't worry strikes me as better. I use it more to show it's OK, while never mind is more to calm people down.

    ①to BE anxious = ~たがる
    ②to worry = 思い悩む
③mind -- this word has a lot of meanings.
