That's not Persian, it's French (Je l'espère).

'Je' was good, but l'espère should be pronounced as one word: lespère. The first two e's should be pronounced the same, like for example in the Persian affix [-eh] (as in khoobeh, dayereh). The stress should be on the part: père. The P is really similar to the Persian P. As a last thing, the last E is a silent one.
