Will someone please help with this translation.
Lapit narin isang taon naten, kaso wala nako jan. Ok lang yun alam ko naman na maginging ok ka. Pagpatuloy mo lang anu bahay ako din.

    Lapit narin isang taon naten = we've been together for almost one year,
    kaso wala nako jan. = but it's a pity that I'm not there.
    Ok lang yun alam ko naman na maginging ok ka. = It's fine with me just to know that you're going to be all right.
    Pagpatuloy mo lang anu bahay ako din. = Just continue with your life life and I'll just do the same.

    (Actually I added some "embellishments" because some of her sentences can be considered fragments but still can be understood by native speakers. I hope this translation helps.)

    "Malapit na rin tayong mag-isang taon, kaso wala na ako dyan. Ok lang yun. Alam ko naman na maginging ok ka. Pagpatuloy mo lang ang buhay. Ako din."

    translation:

    "It's going to be our anniversary but I'm no longer there. That's okay. I know that you're going to be fine. Just keep on living. I'll do the same."
