since you know how to count from 1 to 9 ("isa" to "siyam"), just add a key word to these group of numbers:
11-19 - "Labing" (labing isa...labing dalawa...labing siyam)
20 - "dalawampo"
21-29 - "dalawampo at" (dalawampo at isa...dalawampo at siyam)
30 - "tatlompo"
31-39 - "tatlompo at" .... (isa, dalawa...siyam)
40 - "apatnapo"
41-49 - "apatnapo at"....
50 - "limampo"
51-59 - "limampo at"
60 - "animnapo"
61-69 - "animnapo at" ...
70 - "pitompo"
71-79 - "pitompo at" ....
80 - "walompo"
81-89 - "walompo at"....
90 - "siyamnapo"
91-99 - "syamnapo at"....
these 'number words' really are comprised of words combined together to form one word.
e.g.
"dalawampo" is a combined "dalawa na sampo (2x10)"; "siyamnapo" is "siyam na sampo (9x10)". I'm not certain though if "labing" is an etymology of "labi sa sampo (excess from 10)" - just a source from my grandma...
Also, most of the time, "siyam (9) is pronounced and written as "syam".
