as i searched we usually say " More Power to your elbow" to somebody like farmer or worker who worked a lot with his hand or pyisical activities ,
what expression can we say to teacher ,advisore or ......after they finish their activities,(in persian we say خسته نباشید )

In English, you just need to say :
-Great job;
- nice try;
- wonderful attempt
- nice job
Don't try to say the Farsi expressions with the English words; try to use the English term it self
