Do you like eating natural foods, or do you prefer food that is fast, cheap, or convenient?

"Natural foods"
We all know it’s important to take care of our bodies and eat wholesome foods. But that doesn’t mean we always do it. Fast food and other types of processed foods are quick and convenient. They’re also often cheaper than buying fresh meats and vegetables to cook for yourself. But if you make the effort to eat more natural foods, your body will probably thank you.

Do you like eating natural foods, or do you prefer food that is fast, cheap, AND convenient?
I used to eat quite a lot of fast food in the past. They are convenient and fast, but price wise, I don't think they are any cheaper. Natural foods from the super markets aren't too expensive, they are cheaper and nicer than fast food, plus they are healthier too.

Only recently have I changed my diet to eating healthy food, and trying to stay on less fast foods if possible.

I'm hoping to see if there are any changes overtime just from eating natural healthy foods.

Natural. Most people will consume fewer calories if they have to put forth effort and expense to eat. Also, feeling healthy is the most important reason.

I still prefer to eat natural foods ;) but if I don't have enough time to prepare it, fast food is the best solution :)

It is said that it's very healthy we take different kind food with different colors.i prefer natural food either.

    Natural food.

If we can research the truth on the foods that are natural we can see not only that our body will feel better, look better, and show improvement, but natural food has been proven to even heal the body and cure from diseases. They even prevent you from getting sick easily and from getting the disease in the first place. They kill the bacteria (certain foods) on the spot. This is not something new that we can find out, this has been like this as long as the history of food--before all the processing was in existence--since the beginning of time.

When you eat naturally you are able to think clearer, never be on medications-and I mean never. A person needs to get the right herbs, food, and etc. that is natural and organic and free from pesticides and stuff. They really cure the body, make the thinking sharper, and help the brain itself.

Concerning cheap, fast and processed foods:
They, as we all know, are horrible for us, and nasty. If we were to check the ingredients and see what all these chemicals, and other toxic ingredients that are in there, we would see we would be horrified and never again want to even think about eating anything like this again!

In these foods, the ingredients that are there--especially the chemicals--can really tell us if we keep constantly eating them we will get sick, and if we keep on again, we will get a disease--like cancer. These are not good foods to consume at all--and I feel really bad especially for the kids eating this. Because what is in the foods that are specially for kids are so disgusting that if we knew everything on the list of ingredients and what it does to us--we wouldn't dare feeding them to our children--at all! Children are more prone to catching something from these ingredients. I feel bad for anyone eating this.

So my answer will forever and always will be: Natural food. Because I know what they do to the body, how good and healthy they are, and how they affect me, can cure me/heal me, and prevent diseases and other sicknesses.

Not fast/processed food because I know what they do to the body, how horrible and destructive they are to my health, how they affect me, and can bring on me an illness or/and disease. This is why I don't like it.

Ew, this is so not worth it.

    i like both!
