It's not standard so you should use it only in informal cases
it's like a term
we use it to ask the person who hide some think from you or he should tell you something but didn't tell yet , so we tell him that when we can't be patient any more and we want to know what he must tell

we read it in Syrian like

literally it be like take the pebble out of your mouth as if the words like a small stone
