I do not understand this sentence properly

"ek-ek bhagvan ese pade hain, jinke paas jaada jae, to garmi se gabraakar bhaage". thank you very much for your help! I've been turning it in every way I thought of but it still does not make sense!

    well..i thnk it's referring to sun god..

    there exists a god to which if cold goes, (ghabaraa kar getting scared) it runs away because of heat.
    yes it seems its Sun
