ask "semua baik?" is correct?
I spanish you can ask "Cómo estás?" -how are you? and "todo bien?" as -Everithing good?, then I'm thinkin if plus "apa kabar?" I can ask "semua baik?" Thank you!

Actually "semua baik" is a little bit strange. Indonesian are not usually use that kind of expression. "apa kabar" is OK, but if we want to know something, we ususally ask a particular things, not everything. for example :
"how is everything?" = "bagaimana semua?" <- this expression is not common
"how is your school?" = "bagaimana sekolahmu?" <- this expression is common, we use it very often
"how is the party last night?" = "bagaimana pestanya tadi malam?" <- this is also OK
