Where is this woman from?

"...a beautiful Polynesian-Polish woman named Barbara Jasinski", I wonder whether "Polynesian-Polish " means the woman is half-blooded or the woman was born as Polynesian/Polish and then moved to the other country? What is the usually way that native speaker describe nationality and the land of one's ancestors....Thanks!

To us, this only means she is of Polish and Polynesian ancestry (ethnicity).

To answer your question, it does not indicate what her nationality (citizenship) is. It does not tell us which country she was born in, or what country she lives in, or what country she is a citizen of.

If you want to describe her nationality, you would mention it specifically, "she is a Polish citizen of Polish and Polynesian descent", "she is part Polish and part Polynesian and was born in America", or something like this.

If you just say she is Polish, it is unclear - it could mean she is a Polish citizen, or that she is of Polish ethnicity.

Her last name (surname) is Jasinski which is a Polish surname (ending in '...ski' is the indicator).
One possibility is that she has a Polish father and a Polynesian mother. Difficult to know without more information.

The description of Barbara Jasinski gives you enough information to conclude that someone in her family tree came from Polynesia and another person from Poland ("Jasinski" is a Polish name). But that description is about her ethnicity and physical makeup, and not about her nationality (country of citizenship).

She could be a Polynesian woman who married a Polish guy whose surname was Jasinski.
