What are the best foods to eat in Istanbul. How do you pronounce the names of the foods in Turkish

Turkish cuisine has a huge variety even though it has not reached to the level that it deserves around the world. In Istanbul, you can find any cuisine from each region of Turkey. There are many well-known foods but I recommend you to search for unique foods that you can not find other than Turkey. Döner, kebap,lahmacun,etc. these are all foods available abroad. However, it is a fact that, you will eat the best ones of them in Turkey :)
