I don't know what is my mistake and what happened to my italki account. Someone have gave some thumbs down to my friend's answer on my question. Please tell me what is my mistake which have made you do that. And who are you?

No one will admit. Everyone has thier right to cast either thumbs up or thumbs down vote to someone's answer. Their motive? well, they may not liked the way your friends answered your question or there could be some other good point. Having a thumbs down vote would not necessarily mean that the answer is wrong or nonessential / not related to your question. Even me, experienced a thumbs down for answering your question. That wouldn't bother me anyway.
To some extent though, either good or bad vote will be essential to your learning. Should you be skeptic to the answer as "chosen by voting", you may ask your friend for a second opinion.
