There's this series on youtube called Extr@espanol. It's made especially for learning Spanish and is really easy to understand. The first episode also has subtitles.

My sisters love watching La Rosa de Guadalupe, their Spanish is terrible and they understand some Spanish, but they always seem to know what is going on in this show.
