句子和卷子，辅音有什么区别？有区别吗？请注意，我自己也是上海人，我问的是正宗的上海方言里有没有区别。

首先，是韵母，不是辅音。
这两个字读音是有区别的。
句是ciu，韵母类似普通话中的“ü”。
卷是cioe，韵母是介音i加oe，即上海话中“安”的发音。
