Что не надышится значит?
I was listening to an old Russian song: "И мы в то время будем жить." One of the lines says- "И мир свободой не надышится." Что это значит?

The word "надышаться" literally means to breathe enough air to be satisfied. Although obviously it is not practically possible to stop wanting to breathe because you've already breathed a lot, the word grammatically is similar to
насмотреться, наесться etc. You do something and feel satisfied with it and don't need it any more for now.
When we talk about something very enjoyable that we do and we just can't stop doing it, we use this form with "не", often with a repetition of the verb used - cмотрит не насмотрится , дышит не надышится.
So, as Dmitry explained above, the song line says that the world is enjoying its (new) freedom, like someone might enjoy fresh air.

"not breathing in enough by freedom" - it means "enjoying freedom" after a long time of unfreedom, old poetic construction. Likely if you sat in closed black car in hot weather for a long time, after exiting you can't breathing in enough for a long time, you enjoy breathing by so clean air. So, "and for a long the whole world can't breathing in enough, can't get oxygen enough", but it is a happy feeling, enjoying.
