1..i know this sentence means i'm the kind of person who won't let go. it seems that if you omit "อยู่แล้ว", the sentence still reads natural, right?
so what's the concrete meaning of อยู่แล้ว here? how to use it?

2... one more thing is about the pronoun เรา. i know it means we or i, when can i use เรา to replace ผม/ฉัน.
