Resolved questions
I would like to get some clarification regarding subtleties of using "talk/say/speak" turkish

I would really appreciate any help from native speakers of turkish on pertaining to clarifying the following verbs' translations:

- I have said that...
- I have told him...
- I have talked to him...
- I have discussed...
- I argued with him...
- How does one say the English "I consider smth" (for instance I consider it normal) in turkish?

Also, I saw "bildirmek" verb, but I guess it means "to inform"

That was indeed the intense question. I am looking forward to wise and comprehensive reply of native speakers of turkish as soon as possible.

-I have said that..( Onu söyledim)
    - I have told him...(Ona söyledim)
    - I have talked to him...(Onunla konuştum.)
    - I have discussed with him.(Onunla tartıştım.)
    - I argued with him...(Onunla münakaşa ettim.)

I consider it normal. (Onu normal görüyorum. Here ''görmek'' doesn't mean to see but to regard.)

And yes ''bildirmek'' means inform, notify.

Speak can be translated as ''konuşmak'' (Mind that it is different from talk.)- I speak German.
Talk can be translated as konuşmak/sohbet etmek. -I talked to her yesterday.
    Say means söylemek.

i have said that :Onu dedim
i have told him: Ona söyledim
i have talked to him : literally means : ona konuştum but we dont say it so onunla konuştum = i talked with him
    i have discussed: tartıştım,münakaşa ettim
i have argued : tartıştım to discuss and to argue are almost same in turkish

bildirmek is to inform, you are right:)
