    It says elsewhere (it is written in another place) that now there is change in the way that new forms or new things are created (I assum in the universe). Such change will always be with us. In the future, the cycle of creation will continue, but always in a different way from what went before..

    That's my opinion of what it means.

    Change has always happened throughout history and will continue to do so.
