to speak/say - bolna, kehna
to tell - bataana, but if u say tell story then kahaani sunaana is used most of the time
to talk - baat karna

main kehna chahta hoon (if m says)
main kehna chahti hoon (if f says)

tum kehna chahte ho

what do u want to say?
tum kya kehna chahte ho?

main batana chahti hoon(f says)

main tumhein (tum ko) bataana chaahti hoon (f says)

main baat karna chaahti hoon.(f says)
