多数情况下睡与睡觉可以相互代替.有一点就是睡觉比较侧重一天过完,夜间的休息.相当于go to bed,而睡多数表示随时随地累了的情况下,闲上眼睛小小休息一下,比如,我先睡会,你们先走吧.当然也可以说我先睡会觉,你们先走吧.就相当于take a nap.
睡觉 and 睡 are both actions,rather 睡觉 is also a state.
Ex1.你睡觉了吗？=你睡了吗？
Ex2.他在睡觉,别打扰他。we don't say 他在睡,别打扰他。
