How to say about 'relatives'?

For all i know, in japanese, there are two ways to say about family: when it's about your own family or when it's someone's family. But i've never heard the last way to say the following ones:
曽祖父・曾祖母
いとこ
兄弟・姉妹
義父・義母
嫁・婿
義兄・義姉
義弟・義妹
Could someone tell me those, pls?

    Great-grandmother, great-grandfather is that the parents of grandparents.(曽祖父、曾祖母)
    Cousin(いとこ).
    Brother&Sister(兄弟・姉妹)
    Father-in-law&Mother-in-law(義父・義母)
    Bride&Son-in-law(嫁・婿)
    Brother-in-law&Sister-in-law(義兄、義弟・義姉、義妹)

    曽祖父>> ひいおじいさんorひいおじいさま
    曾祖母>> ひいおばあさんorひいおばあさま
    いとこ>>Hmm... 「いとこのかた」?わかりません・・・「いとこさん」って、あまり言わないです。
    兄弟>> おにいさんorおにいさま for 兄 / おとうとさん for 弟 
    姉妹>> おねえさんorおねえさま for 姉 / いもうとさん for 妹
    義父>>お義父[とう]さん, お義父[とう]さま or 義理[ぎり]のおとうさん(orま) (or お舅[しゅうと]さん for spouse's father)
    義母>>お義母[かあ]さん, お義母[かあ]さま or 義理[ぎり]のおかあさん(orま) (or お姑[しゅうとめ]さん for spouse's mother)
    嫁>>およめさん for the hearer's son's wife, or (the hearer's/someone's) "wife". (奥さんor 奥さま can also be used for "wife")
    婿>>おむこさん for the hearer's daughter's husband, or (the hearer's/someone's) "husband". (旦那さん or ご主人 can also be used for "husband".)
    義兄>>お義兄[にい]さん(orま)
    義姉>>お義姉[ねえ]さん(orま)
    義弟>>義弟[おとうと]さん
    義妹>>義妹[いもうと]さん
