In this sentence אוכל לישון למטה , what's mean אוכל ? I know it means food, but in here maybe is mean Could I or Can I, but why is אוכל?

אוכל is food ("ohel", accent or emphasis - O), but in your sentence it is other word: אוּכַל - ( uhAl, accent - A) . This is future tense from "I can" - יכול , so in english "Could I or Can I" is ok.
