It is used in the following sentence, sent to me:
duwag akelya sa kalalabasan kung si anengkeng pinili ko.
"I am afraid of the consequences if si anengkeng chooses me"?

akelya is part of a gay lingo (bekimon) here in the Philippines. Akelya is a gay vresion of "akin" which means "mine"
