지나가다보니 오징어순대 같은 애도 남자친구랑 다닌다
= While passing by (some place), (I saw that) girls looking like a sausage made of squid also have boyfriends.
This means the scolding, saying that "what are you doing huh when even ugly girls have boyfriends?"
For the picture of 오징어순대, please google it. It doesn't look ugly in my opinion but the mother might think so. :)
