1. "ich hab' " is kind of an abbreviation for "ich habe" - just easier and faster to speak - but i recommend saying "ich habe" until your fluency improves :-D
2. "hübsch" and "hübsche" is more complicated to explain, as i'm not too good am grammar:
if i say "du bist hübsch" - it works as an adverb "you are beautiful"
"du bist eine hübsche Frau" - here it's an adjective "you are a beautifil woman"
or "du bist eine Hübsche" (uncommon in written german) - it works as a noun :
"you are a beauty"
