Undecided questions
I may have written some wrong but wht does it mean? Is it Arabic or Urdu?

I hope this is not an offensive word but I don't think so
تاقابل فر اص ش
Is it Arabic or Urdu? What mafudlak, does it mean? Shokrahn! The letter next to ش I think I've typed incorrectly. I have a photo but can't put it here. Thank you!

Additional Details:

Thank you daisy and sadek & yes I will get a link to the picture of the original. Just out of curiosity, do Arabic & Urdu share some of the same letters in their alphabets - like how French & English do but the words are different? PS Daisy the little Arabic I DO know is "rusty" but is it min fadh lik in the Egyptian dialect too? Thank you do much, daisy and sadek
