I want to say in Spanish, "the date for our luncheon is going to be Sept. 7 at 3pm . . ."

I'm scheduling a lunch date for some of our Spanish-speaking students. So, I want to say, "Great: The date for our luncheon is going to be Friday, Sept. 7 at 3pm at Cafe Iberico."

Here's my stab at it: "Bueno.

Also, how can I say, "mark your calendars"?
