As a male you may not be aware of this, but there is a rather unfortunate condition which affects young women, particularly ones with an active social life and many female friends.
It is called DUCKFACE.
This inflicts itself on young women with barely a few moments' warning, and usually occurs in bathrooms or darkened nightclubs, and especially in the bathrooms of darkened nightclubs.
When DUCKFACE occurs, the victim's lips purse and thrust forward involuntarily for no reason, distorting the face into a comical duck-like expression. Although not painful as such, the mere sight of such a silly expression on an otherwise fairly attractive young lady is embarrassing beyond human tolerance.
Fortunately, many brave young women have taken to photographing the moment of onset, in order to publish the photos online and raise awareness of this terrible condition. Some have even managed to photograph instances of DUCKFACE affecting a whole group of women.
Of course, with only a few moments' warning, the only feasible way of photographing DUCKFACE is if the victim also operates the camera, either at arms' length or by directing the camera at a nearby mirror.
Sometimes it's a false alarm, leaving the lady just staring at the device in her hand.
