You should read "pierde cuidado" together it's an expression used like "don't worry" or "it's ok",.
But "pierde" means to lose but conjugated with "tu" like "tu pierde cuidado todo estará bien".
And "letra de cambio" is a paper, a bill bank.
In this case "Major" and "Mejor" are both right, "major" is being used to indicate a level, like "We have a better quality" could be translated to "Tenemos major calidad", but it's ok to say "tenemos mejor calidad" in both cases is a matter of levels comparison.
