Where can I find my record that I chated with my friends on MSN ?

First go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\***name***\My Documents\My Received Files
There's a map with the first part of your mailaddress (the part before @hotmail.com for example) and some numbers. Open that map. Then there's another map you can open called "History". And there you have it. A whole list of all the people you've chatted with in convenient .xml files.

你没看见Harregarre所说的History文件夹是因为MSN默认是不会记录对话历史的，需要将工具-选项-消息-消息历史记录下的“自动保留对话的历史记录”项打勾。
