How would I say the name "Lana" in Korean ? :3

"Lana-라나" and also Rana could be same :)

Lana-라나, We, Koreans, might say your name 라나. But when you hear Koreans call your name, you could hear 'Rana' or 'Lana'. Since Koreans don't distinguish 'R' or 'L' sound specifically, it might happen very often everyday life to foreigners. It doesn't mean that there is not difference 'R' and 'L' sound in Korean. Depending on the situation you need to differentiate them.
