i think by mistake first sentence you written wrong -
first sentence should be "पुलिस के हिरासतमें बच्ची को दो हफ़्तों तक रखा गया"
second sentence is correct" पुलिस ने बच्ची को दो हफ्ते तक हिरासत में रखा "
meaning of both the sentence is same.
