    this is visayan dailect in philippines.. it means like..
    you're just insecure coz she's pretty.
    suya means envy or insecurity..
    lang = just
    ka = you
    kai/kay = coz
    gwapa = pretty / beautiful
    man = more of an expression

    You are getting irritated as she is beautiful. This is a southern language.
