How to speak " I speak to you" in hebrew?

Depends on what you want to say exactly.
If you mean - I speak to you (like in: listen to me, I'm speaking to you, not to the wall!) - you say: "אני מדבר אליך" (ani medaber elecha) for masculine speaker, and "אני מדברת אליך" (ani medaberet elecha) for feminine speaker (both are for masculine object)
If you mean - I speak with you (like in: I like to speak with you about life) - you say: "אני מדבר איתך" (ani medaber itcha) for masculine speaker and "אני מדברת איתך" (ani medaberet itcha) for feminine speaker (both are for masculine object)
If you mean - I speak to you (like in: listen to me, I'm speaking to you, not to the wall!) - you say: "אני מדבר אליך" (ani medaber elecha) for masculine speaker, and "אני מדברת אליך" (ani medaberet elecha) for feminine speaker (both are for masculine object)
