Oi, tudo bem? "Gol de placa" , você não irá encontrar mesmo no dicionário porque é uma expressão. Uma linguagem coloquial. Mas vou tentar te explicar o que é esta expressão: Quando um jogador faz um gol no futebol que foi espetacular. O jogador de futebol faz um gol muito bonito que faz a torcida levantar e gritar muito. Daí os jogadores falam que esse gol foi um "gol de placa" . Espero ter ajudado. Se caso não tiver entendido, eu tento te explicar em Inglês. :)
